STARTING A RETURN

Contact customer care with your order number before sending an item back. We will confirm eligibility and provide the correct return address.

Items should be unused, complete and protected in their original packaging unless they arrived damaged or faulty.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after the item is inspected. Bank processing times may vary.

Photograph the packaging and product on arrival, retain all materials and contact us promptly so we can help.
